Cool looking duck. Does anyone know what kind of duck this is?
Then the craziest part of the whole trip..... We went through this zoo drive that you can drive and the animals can just come up to the car and everything. These crazy emu's (sp?) would come right up and peck at the windows. Daphnie seemed to like them. They were a bit creepy to all the rest of us. Kind of weird that they had such a GREAT petting zoo right in the middle of North Carolina. we'll have to go again sometime when it isn't nap time or lunch time.

Isn't it so crazy how you have to start planning around EVERYTHING after having a kid? So funny. That looks like such a fun place.
Those crazy emu's! They are still creeping me out! Good thing Daphnie isn't afraid of anything, she doesn't take after me that's for sure!!
